thanx. why on earth the update resets the attributes of ReceiveMsg.py
back to read only? before running updatetool I set it to read/write but
apparently it is resetted back to read only during upgrade.
btw, this issue is P3 but apparently upgrading is just not possible now,
so Id raise it :)
