Hi,
Whenever you get the message that a port already is in use, it means that there
is a process running that occupies the ports. Apparently the uninstallation is
incapable of removing all files and when you restart your pc GlassFish gets
started again.
Does the problem go away if you reboot after you have deleted all the remaining
files of glassfish from C drive? One other option may be to start the task
manager (taskman) and end the running GlassFish processes.
