Hi Sharvil,

These issues are similar to issue 4879 in the sense that Back/Next does
not retain either the input text (for your case) or the selected choice.

Although they might have the same root cause as the above, please file
them as separate bugs.

Regarding to the first issue, the valid port values should be retained.
With respect to the 2nd issue, the invalid port values should be
repopulated with the default values.
