Hi Jamy,

Suggestion from Wolfram will help you in enabling a default application
in application server instance. However this configuration need to be
propagated to web-server as well. You can similarly use "/" as
context-root for web-module in load-balancer xml as well. However there
is a drawback with this approach as alls request will be serviced by
load-balancer plugin. This may not be desired for static content which
can be easily serviced from web-server itself.
