Don't close it yet. I been able to reproduce it with gfv3-prelude.
I have record a video, now I have proof :)
to reproduce :
#1 - start updatetool gui
#2 - select available update, wait for the refresh to complete
#3 - click on ejb
#4 - install
#5 - accept license
#6 - browse.
