Xpsp3, jdk1.6.0_07.
This has something to to with python.exe hanging on windows xp.
Also happens on xp3, jdk1.6.0_05 at 41%

Install b22 with windows installer, the installer suspend at 45 percent
position.
Exit the installer and redo the installation, then the installation can be
completed successfully.
This issue also happens on the b21.
My java version is "1.6.0_06".
