I agree some time it is hard to know if the bug is a dup or not. As
long as we do a bug query before we file
a bug, we can help to eliminate some dup bugs, we are fine.

        A.3 How to find out if there is a bug filed already ?

This is V3 bug query

It lists bugs by sub component, when you click on the number, it will
show you the list of bugs
