I am translating a community post regarding GlassFish V3 TP2 Update Tool

In another part of the world, it can be very hard to connect to
GlassFish V3 TP2 Update Tool server
and after connection the download speed is unpredictable. Would like to
suggest the following:
(1) Need to let end user know what is happening and how long can be the
wait.
(2) Need to give user a choice to be able to install all the components
they want to install, after the installation,
user then can have a way to decide what components to cut.
(3) When the download from Update Tool is necessary, need to have
several servers across different part of
the world, the tool can detect which server is faster and then use that
server to download the sub component.
