Next comment: Are we doing more than testing?
The portal is really heavy on testing information and light on most
other aspects of quality...
Even if we cannot "do" those other things right now, having some info
about other approaches to improving the quality might be good to have...
This information might help direct (external) folks that want to
contribute, but don't know where to start....
