testPessimisticLockHintStartsTransaction fails on Derby

This test in entity-persistence-tests fails on Derby. It appears to be a
known failure. Can the readme.txt be updated with known failures?

Testcase: testPessimisticLockHintStartsTransaction took 0.001 sec
        FAILED
