Will the discussion process be going transparently? How about making a wiki
page for this? It would be good if we can get input from other developers
and users.
Some of candidate items which I mentioned in my blog.
* clustered 2nd-level cache
* configurable cache invalidation policies
* query cache
Of course enhancements and feature requests existing in the issue tracker
are also good candidates.
