Hi All,

  I intend to update the manifest for the TopLink Essentials jar. The
following will be changed:

Specification Title will be changed to: Enterprise Java Beans 3.0 Java
Persistence API
Specification Vendor will remain the same
Specification Version will be changed to: 1.0
Implementation-Vendor: will remain the same
Implementation-Version - will be changed to include the build number
Implementation-Title - will be changed to TopLink Essentials
