Kohsuke asked in separate email about a sentence in one of the GAP
description documents that seemed to suggest a limit of # of bug
submissions per project.
There is no such limit. You can have as many submissions per project as
you want.
The only limits are on who can submit (not Sun employees), and how many
awards can a given individual get (5 for bugs, 1 for contributions).
An Campus Ambassadors can make submissions as long as these submissions
aer not part of their job for Sun.
