Yes I will work with him to have metro web docs localization started.
Jack, to get started, let's start from below #1...
1. Request content developer role in metro project.
2. At the same time, confirm is you need to sign another SCA.
3. Checkout web page files from svn repository.

4. Create list of files to be translated so that community can share the
work.
I already sent you the steps for #1 in separate email. After you sent
request, I think you will receive an email asking who are you and why
are you requesting the role. You need to describe what you are trying to
do. You can cc me in your email so I can help. And at the same time you
can ask above #2 in the same email.
For #4, I think we can use wiki.java.net to publish a page.
In case #1 (or some others) was troublesome for you, I can take that and
you can concentrate on translation, or gathering community people.
