All of it should be available. It is spread across different
repositories, some are at glassfish.dev.java.net, some at
grizzly.dev.java.net, some at metro, etc. But all should be there.

IANAL but check the FAQ on CDDL from OpenSolaris:

I believe this section is relevant; specially the "However,"!...
