Scott, thanks for getting this draft out. A few comments from my
perspective.

The guide should refer to the release as Application Server rather than
Enterprise Server. Maybe this is what you were indicating in the first
note
in your message.

Paul mentioned to me this morning that Abhijit suggested that for TP2,
we post the Quick Start sample(s) online rather than try to rush and get
them
bundled with software and tested before HCF. The Quick Start guide
would then point to the online samples. Paul can correct me if I've
got this wrong, but as I understand it, there won't be bundled samples
for the QSG for TP2.
