I have revised the issue(GLASSFISH-18866) about the "Two different wars with
same context root can be deployed on server" and reflected the modified
files into

it and give me some advice.

However, the similar issue is occurred when deploy two wars with same
context root on the same cluster(I will create the issue), I found the
handing logic
Of deploying web app on server and cluster aren't the same. I'm
investigating how to protect the issue occurred on cluster now.
