This is because com.sun.istack:maven-istack-commons-plugin:0.1:pom is
referencing a a SNAPSHOT parent pom.
The fix should be in maven-istack-commons-plugin.

I can add SNAPSHOT artifacts to GlassFish Nexus. This will be a
workaround for building Grizzly. But I'd really prefer GlassFish Nexus
to proxy only release artifacts.
