Howdy,

Can someone tell me what the LegacyConfigurationUpgrade interface (as opposed to UpgradeConfiguration) is used for? It looks like it's used during the execution of an asadmin command, as opposed to during a "normal" upgrade. The only usage I see is in SetCommand (core/kernel). Is it a pre-upgrade step to make sure asadmin commands run with the current version of config info?
