Has the NetBeans team been informed of this change? I am finding with
today's NetBeans nightly, which comes with b30, that an application with
an app client is now failing with the following error, suggesting that
NB is looking in the old place:

/export/home/chaase/tut-ws/javaeetutorial/examples/persistence/roster/dist
Copying 4 files to
/export/home/chaase/tut-ws/javaeetutorial/examples/persistence/roster/dist/rosterClient
Error opening zip file or JAR manifest missing :
/export/home/chaase/glassfish-3.1-b30/glassfish/modules/gf-client.jar
Error occurred during initialization of VM
agent library failed to init: instrument
