Actually setup your Nexus repo to reference the GlassFish Nexus server:
http://maven.glassfish.org/content/groups/glassfish/ and that's all you
need.

GlassFish not only references the repositories: java.net/maven/1,
java.net/maven/2 and java.net/maven/glassfish, it also references
external repositories from NetBeans, JBoss, Eclipses etc....
