Hi all,

The root cause of https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=13815 is that the injected Habitat object in core/kernal:MbeanService is null in a clustered instance but not in the DAS.

Can someone tell me what would cause this? It causes a whole host of downstream issues and is blocking upgrade (or, rather, starting an instance after an upgrade).
