I think ha-persistence-type sets the default persistence type for any
ha-enabled app.

The ha-persistence-type in ejb-container-availability and
web-container-availability can override the value specified in
availability-service.ha-persisyence-type.

It should just be replicated. We will remove the "replication" (mostly
in the next build). Both web and ejb containers will use "replicated". I
will file a bug to remove "replication"
