Yes, there's no nightlies since 4/18.
Couple issues:
(1) Since 4/19, the system hosting download.java.net was down because
of a scheduled data center migration. It was back up since Apr 29th.
So this is no longer an issue.
(2) There are several tests failures:
(a) CTS test failure (internal:
http://monaco.sfbay.sun.com/detail.jsf?cr=6946864). This is fixed in
3.0.1 workspace but not in v3 trunk.
(b) QE SmokeTest failure:

Once we get (2) resolved, the nightly build will get published to
dowload.java.net.
