That seems like a bad idea... the only place to admin an SA instance or
cluster is the DAS, I think.
While the DAS needs to talk to an instance... we need to make sure the
user doesn't....
Maybe we need to have the redirect be something like this
http://instance-host:instance-admin-port/ -->
http://das-host:das-admin-port/
