In v3 we introduced an attribute jk-enabled on network-listener for
enabling mod_jk support but we don't have a way to specify the location
of a configuration file outside of setting a property and restarting
glassfish. Wouldn't it be better to add an attribute, say, to specify
that and perhaps default it to <domain config
dir>/glassfish-jk.properties? It'd be a relatively simple change, I think.
