In the likely event of a move of the Wiki to another infrastructure, I'd like to encourage folks to use relative links in their pages. i.e. :
    [ text | PageName]
rather than :
   [ text | http://wiki.glassfish.java.net/Wiki.jsp?page=PageName]

Otherwise after the move, the links will keep pointing back to the older page.
I took the liberty of updating a few pages with this change.
