Hi Jane, Snjezana,

I've had to add/duplicate a small set of exclusions to several of the
pom.xml files in the packager section of the tree.
This was necessary in order to integrate a new version of Grizzly
without the antrun-extended pluging to bottom out
with a StackoverFlowError.

Could you please give your blessing on these changes?
