Hi Kin-man,
The jstl api version 1.2 sources artifacts are missing in Maven repo.
See:
http://download.java.net/maven/glassfish/javax/servlet/jsp/jstl/jstl-api/1.2/
Previously, version 1.2-rev-1 is referenced to generate the javadoc:
http://download.java.net/maven/glassfish/javax/servlet/jsp/jstl/jstl-api/1.2-rev-1/.
Can you publish the sources artifact?
