Hi all,

Where is the hudson job that builds all the external dependencies and
then uses them to build v3? I can't find it in the usual places
(internal hudson page or the two ext dependency wiki pages). If
there's not one, then where is this tested? I remember an email about
a nightly run but can't locate it now.
