I see it is part of webservices-api.jar in v3 installation. So, why
can't you get all the APIs from webservices-api.jar and there by
javax.xml.registry as well. We don't want to select an artifact
separately for javax.xml.registry, because our choice may not match with
what is used by webservices-api.jar.
