One more bit of clarification:

If the user copies their Oracle driver into domain-dir/lib and then
decides that they want to use the Oracle extentions in EclipseLink, can
the user copy the file from domain-dir/lib to domain-dir/lib/ext OR do
they need to move it from domain-dir/lib to domain-dir/lib/ext?
