Ok, don't all volunteer at once, but what subcomponent should get a
startup issue containing the following?

[#|2009-10-07T14:48:09.757- 0400|WARNING|glassfish|
org.jvnet.hk2.osgimain|_ThreadID=11;_ThreadName=Thread-3;|Exception

org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Activator start error in bundle
com.sun.enterprise.osgi-adapter [131].
[...]
Caused by: com.sun.enterprise.module.ResolveError: Not able to locate
a unique module by name org.glassfish.jsftemplating

This is new territory for me, but it may be that some bits from an
upgraded server were left around that should have been cleared out, or
the loader should just ignore this (it's a warning, not a severe
message). However, it affect server startup.

Thanks,
Bobby
