Hi All
I just made a big checkin related to improving the startup
performance. It should be particularly noticeable in the web
distributions as the full distributions still requires more changes
related to webservices-osgi module to gain in startup.
I have ran QL tests, and I hope I did not break anything. If you see
something weird during your devtests runs, please let me know asap,
it's very possible such a drastic checkin have created regressions.
