db location with "asadmin start-database"

Hi all,

How I can pass derby.system.home to asadmin to not keep my database
files under the gf_home/javadb directory? NetBeans always passes this
in, and I'm used to keeping my databases separate from the server.

I'm asking to help people doing upgrade testing (I'll also suggest
just copying the database folders over from v2/javadb/databases to v3/
javadb/databases).

Thanks,
Bobby
