I have reviewed this with Sahoo since he has some outstanding changes in
hk2. He's ok with it. Can you please review at your end?
I have ensured that 0.3.95 of hk2 exists at:
http://download.java.net/maven/glassfish/com/sun/enterprise/hk2/0.3.95/
and my build has succeeded, after deleting that artifact from local repo.
