Anissa, I was able to reproduce the error 500 with the OLH TOC just now.
It happened when I built *only* the admingui and copied admingui.jar
into an existing GlassFish build. The first time I clicked the Help
button it brought up both frames just fine. When I went to another page
and clicked it again, I got the error 500 in the left frame.

It doesn't always happen, though. When I clicked Help again for the same
page, everything was fine.

I never saw this error this morning when I was using a full GlassFish
build I had done.
