This is the next step after your job pushes jaxb 2.2 to the maven
repository. This is what happens
1. You publish the newer bits to maven repo
2. I pull the latest jaxb and metro version in v3 (I specify the
versions in v3/pom.xml)
3.Then packager scripts create ips packages for the bits.

All that changed now was jaxb instead of lying in metro package lies in
glassfish-common so other components can use it. So you do not have to
do anything extra now.
