This is how I normally build:
% mkdir gf-v2.1
% cd gf-v2.1
% cvs co -r SJSAS91_FCS_BRANCH glassfish/bootstrap
% cd glassfish/bootstrap
[Edit project.properties and change glassfish.os.name and
glassfish.cvs.username as appropriate]
% maven checkout bootstrap-all build configure-runtime
