If we do not ship Ant with v3 Preview, which version do we expect folks
to have?
I guess a related question is, "Which version of ant do we ship with
v2.1 and plan to ship with v2.1.1?"
Last I checked, we were shipping Ant 1.6.5, which seems a bit out of
date... See

a release date of 2 June 2005.
The current release of ant appears to be Ant 1.7.1, which was released
on 27 June 2008 (according to
http://ant.apache.org/)
