FWIW, installer being stuck at 97% point of installation progress bar
is known issue for linux, specifically KDE desktop since openInstaller
framework crashes while trying to create desktop menus associated with
installation. It is tracked as this issue:

https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=7595

As Naresh noted, at that point installation is complete for all
practical purposes since this is the last configuration step before
installation reports its status. So, appserver domain will be
configured, same with UC client bootstrap if it was selected during
installation although in this case there seems to be separate issue with
bootstrap...
