Here's the differences:
glassfish-v3-preview-b45.zip (GlassFish profile)
glassfish-v3-web-preview-b45.zip (Web profile)
We will be creating a branch for the JavaOne release from the
milestone 2 branch soon, and I will need to set up a different location
for the branch builds on java.net as well.
