Re: FINE log messages in --verbose

I was getting confused with the log-service element in domain.xml which
has log-to-console (boolean).

So I think what should happen is:

             log-to-console(true) log-to-console(false)

--verbose logs all messages nothing to console
                produce by loggers
                to console

no --verbose logs all INFO message nothing to console
                to console

I will check this against a v2 build.
