Whatever operation that causes the classloader to be recreated. In v2, I
don't think disable/enable would cause the classloader to be recreated.
In v3, this area has changed and I don't exactly remember the change.
Deployment team can clarify if there is an admin command for the same or
the only way to achieve it is to restart the server.
