Hi,

There are two repositories defined in pom.xml that are invalid.
https://maven2-repository.dev.java.net/nonav/repository
http://download.eclipse.org/rt/eclipselink/maven.repo

I don't know how long have they been invalid but since we've been
building v3 w/o any issue, I will remove them.

Let me know if you have an issue with this.
