There has to be a problem in the module that's responsible for storing
data in domain.xml as it does not report any warning/error when it is
not able to store to domain.xml. How can the system silently choose to
behave differently? The system should not be that intelligent, should
it? More over, if javax.xml is not available to some module, how does
that module not report any kind of NoClassDefFoundError?
