Ken,

What do you mean by you see it 100%? Do you see it every time you do a
build or you see it 100% with the same build? I can understand why it
would happen 100% with the same build, but not the former one. Basically
you have a bad build. See

cause. We know why the error happens, but we don't know why maven
decided to produce a bad jar. Retry the build and it should fix the issue.
