I was able to make some progress today with Sahoo's help and this is the
next set of errors I run into with latest metro and jsr109impl bits
This is happening because in v3 we are exporting javax.xml.ws.* and
javax.xml.bind.* from javaee-api as well as the metro bundles.
I have discussed with Jerome and Sahoo and resolving this issue is non
trivial and will involve not only
removing javax.xml.* from v3 but since deployment/dol has all the
annotation handlers which depend on javax.xml.soap,ws, javax.jws
it involves moving the annotation handlers from the DOL into the metro
stack.
I am looking at the code changes involved but till then I wanted to check.
How was this working till last thursday? Is there anyway we can relax
this constraint violation? That will atleast get jaxws apps deployed.
