How is logging enabled for V3, particularly for startup things? e.g,
AppServerStartup use LogDomains.CORE_LOGGER, but when I set
javax.enterprise.system.core to FINEST in the module-log-levels for
domain.xml, I don't get the fine log messages (as I would in V2).
