When I start the server now and send a request to http://localhost:8080
to load the server start page, that URL used to be the one the browser kept.

Now it appears the browser is being redirected (or the URL is being
rewritten?) as http://127.0.0.1:8080/index.html

What gives? Is this a bug or is this expected behavior? AFAIK, V2
never worked this way, nor did V3 until a short time ago.
